Kim Kardashian Workout in Bikini Only During the Isolation
Keeping up with Kardashians star, Kim Kardashian, is keeping up with her routine to keep herself in shape amidst the Coronavirus lockdown. She said she has not slowed down her fitness routine during the lockdown.
Kim recently took to Instagram and showed off her toned figure and revealed her “Quarantine-workout” routine. She has been hard at work, working out at 7AM every day and keeping active while in self-isolation. The pic shows Kim reclined against a treadmill wearing nothing but a raunchy leopard-print bikini and Yeezy trainers.
Not a single drop of sweat can be seen on her, perhaps the photo was taken pre-workout.
Nonetheless, her body proves that she has been working hard. She may not be able to attend fancy soiree or other events at the moment, due to lockdown, but she still manages to make us envious with her home gym setup and workout.
Kim has been looking after her kids while taking care of promotions of her SKIMS line and new KKW Fragrance. Along with all the work, the 39 year old entrepreneur and Telvision Star has managed to keep up with he challenging workout regimes.Although most of the workout sessions have been on facetime, her trainer – Melissa Alcantara – has said to made visits at Kim’s home, strictly following the social distance. The star shared her workout regime on Instagram Story, which involves 3 rounds of 30 barbell bicep curls, 20 dumbbell hammer curls, 20 barbell skull crushers, 20 dumbbell skull crushers and 60 ab crunches.
Kim Kardashian also shared a photo of a book, her trainer Alcantara, came out with and captioned – “So Proud”. She said they actually connected when Kim saw her before and after pictures on Instagram.
Alcantara couldn’t believe when Kim reached out to her but when they started working out together, she mentioned the thing she loves most about Kim is that the star never backs down. Even on the days Kim’s not really feeling it, she keeps going anyway and never says NO to whatever Alcantara makes her do.
